Return and refund policy

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (glass items, accessories,), we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances;

-Glass tips

Lost our stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages mark's delivered, but will instruct on how to help file a carrier claim.

Cancellations

Order can only be canceled within one hour of purchase once the shipping label is created. Cancellations are no longer possible.
