Thank you for shopping with Lume Glass Co. Below is our complete shipping policy.





1. Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


Custom or bulk-quantity requests may require extra preparation time.





2. Fragile Handling



Many of our products are glass and fragile. We take special care to protect every order by using:


  • Multi-layer protective packaging
  • Shock-absorbing materials
  • Reinforced mailers/boxes designed for fragile items



Once shipped, carriers are responsible for handling and transit.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.





3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.


Estimated delivery windows (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days



Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.





4. Order Tracking



A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.





5. Incorrect Address Policy



Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Lume Glass Co. is not responsible for:


  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses



If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.





6. Damaged Packages & Claims



Because we ship fragile glass items, if your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


To process a replacement, email us at bigbrandsllc@gmail.com with:


  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item
  3. A photo of the shipping box
  4. A photo of the shipping label



We will replace the item if eligible.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.





7. Lost or Stolen Packages



Once a package is marked Delivered, the responsibility shifts to the carrier and/or the recipient.


Lume Glass Co. is not responsible for:


  • Stolen packages
  • Delivered packages not received



If the carrier marks a package as lost in transit, we will assist with filing a claim.

Carrier investigations may take 7–14 business days.





8. Bulk & Wholesale Orders



Bulk orders, wholesale pricing, or large-quantity shipments may require additional handling time and specialized packaging.

Bulk orders are not accepted through the website checkout and must be arranged through email.





9. International Shipping



We offer international shipping to select countries.

Shipping times vary by country and customs processing.

Weather events, carrier delays, customs reviews, and holiday surges may affect delivery times.

Lume Glass Co. cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once the order has shipped.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of purchase.

Once processing begins, we are unable to make changes.
